n. pl. a·pod·o·ses (-sz)
The main clause of a conditional sentence, as "Ashley would be a happy boy" in "Ashley would be a happy boy if he could download Hebrew directly into his brain."
Wow that's pretty cool. Are you guys looking to live at Gulf Drive? I highly recommend it. The sense of community here is great! We are making friendships that will last a lifetime. Feel free to ask me any questions you wish about Covenant.
It's a great place for a reformed Baptist. I mean, this is a Seminary of the PCA so, you hear alot about it, but no professor I know of would attack you for your positions on baptism. Heck, I'm not even sure where I fall on that issue. But every prof. here is ver pastoral in their dealings with students. That doesn't mean that they're sotf on us by any means, but it means that their teaching is geared not just towards out intellectual development but towards out spiritual development as well.
When you come for your visit look me up. In the mean time feel free to fire away with the questions.
School is in major crunch mode right now. I have 2 papers ranging from 8 to 12 pages each, a translation notebook forr Ephesians, a chruch history timeline, 2 written exams, 1 oral exam (stuff it, Mark...), and a sermon manuscript all due before the 16th.
Even in literature and art, no man who bothers about originality will ever be original: whereas if you simply try to tell the truth (without caring twopence how often it has been told before) you will, nine times out of ten, become original without ever having noticed it.
